1. Exchange Policy

• We offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked Exchange Policy.
• Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
• In case of an exchange, the delivery charges for both sides (pickup and re-delivery) will be paid by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

• We offer a 3-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy.
• Customers may request a refund within 3 days of receiving their order.
• Customers will not be eligible for a refund on the 4th day (Exchange only possible).
• In case of a refund:
  1. Delivery charges will be deducted.
  2. A 5% government tax will also be deducted from the total amount (for COD orders).
• The remaining amount will be transferred within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Products must be returned with original packaging and tags.
• Any item showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
