Delivery, Shipping & Advance Payment Policy

Free delivery on all orders worth PKR 7,000 and above.

Please Note:

• A 10% advance payment is mandatory for all orders worth PKR 10,000 and above.
• This advance amount is fully refundable in case of a return, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 applies to all orders below PKR 7,000.
• Orders worth PKR 7,000 and above qualify for Free Delivery.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.
• Orders are not delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
